CosplayHubX develops a premium structure dedicated to showcasing cosplay creators and integrating photo and video content in an organized and professional framework. By joining this onboarding flow, the creator understands that the collaboration with CosplayHubX is based on an independent partnership model. The creator does not join as an employee, but as an independent partner who remains free in her choices and decisions. The creator remains independent in her activity, keeps the right to accept or refuse future opportunities, and is not required to automatically accept every request that may be proposed later. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this onboarding does not create any general exclusivity between the creator and CosplayHubX. Content submitted during onboarding is sent for review, validation, and potential integration into the CosplayHubX ecosystem. CosplayHubX may review submitted content, request adjustments, refuse specific elements, or only retain content that is consistent with the platform’s standards and positioning. Only content approved by CosplayHubX within the collaboration framework may be used, highlighted, or integrated on the platform.

By validating this onboarding, the creator authorizes CosplayHubX to use the content she submits and that is later accepted within the planned collaboration framework. This authorization covers creator presentation on the platform, profile highlighting, integration of approved content into the premium CosplayHubX environment, and uses that are necessary for platform visibility and creator promotion within the agreed framework. This authorization remains limited to the collaboration framework defined by CosplayHubX. It does not amount to a general and unlimited authorization for any outside use, uncontrolled resale, free transfer to third parties, or any use outside the initially accepted framework, unless a separate written agreement is made. The creator also confirms that she holds the necessary rights over the content she submits, that she is authorized to share it, and that such content does not infringe third-party rights. She confirms that she is legally able to participate in this collaboration and to provide the relevant content under the laws applicable to her. Illegal, unauthorized, non-consensual, stolen, disputed, or non-compliant content is not accepted within this onboarding.

CosplayHubX may offer paid custom or exclusive requests to subscribers, involving a creator within a compensated framework. The creator understands that such exclusives are not automatic and that she remains free, unless a more specific separate agreement applies, to accept, refuse, or discuss any request proposed to her. When an exclusive is considered, additional conditions may be defined case by case, including price, production deadline, expected format, delivery method, exclusivity duration, and post-exclusivity usage conditions. In some cases, when exclusive content has been produced under approved conditions, it may, after the agreed exclusivity period, become eligible for integration into the premium CosplayHubX offer if that was part of the accepted terms. This onboarding establishes an initial framework. CosplayHubX may later provide additional agreements or documents to define specific terms related to exclusives, special projects, extended use rights, specific publications, or any more advanced collaboration.

The creator understands that the information, exchanges, workflows, special conditions, and internal elements shared during onboarding and collaboration must be handled in a serious and professional way. CosplayHubX also commits to handling the information, content, and data provided within a structured, organized, and professional framework consistent with the operation of a premium creator structure. The creator also understands that completing this onboarding, submitting content, or validating this initial framework does not automatically guarantee immediate publication, definitive integration, permanent visibility, or long-term collaboration. CosplayHubX retains the right to assess creator fit, content quality, seriousness of the process, platform compatibility, and actual collaboration potential before any more advanced final validation. This onboarding is therefore a first structured step of qualification and integration, but by itself it does not replace any additional agreements that may later be necessary within a deeper collaboration.
