CosplayHubX Content Provider Agreement (v1.0). This agreement is provided in English. The English version is the authoritative version and prevails in case of any discrepancy with a translation.
1. PARTIES & IDENTIFICATION. This Agreement is between you (the "Creator") and CosplayHubX, operated under SIRET 84182412100021 (France). Contact: contact@cosplayhubx.com. All amounts are in USD.
2. AGE VERIFICATION (18 U.S.C. 2257). You certify that you are at least 18 years old and that all persons appearing in your content are at least 18. You agree to identity and age record-keeping as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
3. CONTENT RIGHTS & LICENSING. You retain full ownership of your content. You grant CosplayHubX a non-exclusive, revocable license to host, display and distribute the content you submit, within the scope of this platform.
4. SOLO CONTENT. This Agreement covers solo content only. Content involving any additional person requires separate verification and a signed release for each co-star before it may be submitted.
5. RECORD-KEEPING (18 U.S.C. 2257 / 28 C.F.R. 75). CosplayHubX maintains age and identity records for all content providers as custodian of records, retained for the legally required period.
6. ANTI-TRAFFICKING. CosplayHubX has zero tolerance for human trafficking or non-consensual content. All content must be produced with the full, informed consent of every participant. Resources: U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline 1-888-373-7888; NCMEC 1-800-843-5678.
7. DMCA (17 U.S.C. 512). CosplayHubX complies with the DMCA notice-and-takedown process. You agree not to submit content that infringes any third-party rights.
8. CONTENT REMOVAL. You may request removal of your content. CosplayHubX will process removal requests in accordance with its Content Removal Policy and applicable law.
9. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Termination does not affect record-keeping obligations or licenses needed to comply with the law.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW. (a) Creators residing in the United States (and any country where permitted): disputes are resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, with a class-action waiver, to the maximum extent permitted by law. (b) Creators residing in the EU, UK, or any jurisdiction where such a clause is restricted: the Wyoming seat and class-action waiver do not apply to the extent prohibited, and French law and competent French courts apply, preserving every non-waivable consumer-protection right. Severability: if any provision is unenforceable for a given Creator, it is limited or severed only as needed and the remainder stays in force. CosplayHubX is operated by a French sole proprietorship; French law is the residual governing law. The platform also operates consistently with GDPR, the Digital Services Act, and eIDAS.
11. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. Your electronic acceptance below, capturing your name, country of residence, date, IP address and timestamp, constitutes a valid and binding signature under eIDAS and applicable law.
