No worries. Here are solutions for the most common situations.
Go to the sign-in page and try your usual emails (Gmail, Yahoo, personal, work). If an email doesn't have an account, we won't tell you (anti-bot protection), so feel free to try them all without worry.
If none of them work, contact us at the email below with the following info: your stage name, the approximate date you signed up, and your real name (for identity verification).
This is more serious. Someone else could request an access link in your name. Act fast:
If you can still access your account from another device, go to Security in the sidebar and click "Sign out from all devices". All sessions will be closed, including the one on your old phone.
If you can't access any device, contact us using scenario #2 above.
The link expires after 15 minutes and can be used only once. If you click it after that delay, or if you've already used it, it won't work anymore.
Solution: go back to the sign-in page and request a new link. It's free and unlimited (3 requests per hour).
